Meet Makeup Artist & Hairstylist, KC Witkamp. Learn how she got started in her career that quickly transitioned into consistent work in the print industry as well as occasional red carpet gigs.

Her work has graced covers and editorials in magazines such as Brides, California Wedding Day, Fashion, GENLUX, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Knot, Weddings Magazine and many others.
Artists often say that there is no such thing as consistent work unless you are located in New York or Los Angeles. KC proves that to be wrong with her constant flow of work, living in little, old San Diego, California. Since finishing her training at Empire Academy of Makeup and beginning her new career in the fall of 2009, KC has had constant published work and magazine covers; in the past few years, she accomplishes this on a monthly basis. And somehow she has found the time to have three beautiful children along the way. And she has continued to produce amazing work throughout her 8 year career. Tune in to hear first hand how she balances being a busy wife and mother with her many dedicated print clients and her active bridal business.

After honing her skills working in print, runway and television, she now specializes in beauty makeup for print and teaching international educational tours. She is known for developing extremely advanced techniques and application skills known as ‘The Donna Mee Makeup Methods.’ She is considered one of the top beauty educators in the world. Known for her ability to articulate complex science and theory in a way that is easily understood, Donna has a gift for painting a picture with her words, analogies and stories in which she delivers with conviction and humor. Her passion for beauty is evident and contagious as she passes out major ‘light bulb moments’ that positively alter the outcome of artists’ work and success.
